國際聯合總會(국제연합총회) 決議(결의) 第(제)2758號(호)(英語: The United Nations general assembly resolution 2758)는 1971年(년) 10月(월) 25日(일) 國際聯合(국제연합) 總會(총회) 第(제)26次(차) 總會(총회) 第(제)1976次(차) 全體(전체)會議(회의)에서 ""中華人民共和國(중화인민공화국)의 國聯(국련) 機構(기구)에서의 正當(정당)한 權利(권리) 回復(회복) 問題(문제)""에 關(관)한 議決(의결)議決(의결)이다.

이 決議案(결의안)은 贊成(찬성) 76票(표), 反對(반대) 35票(표), 棄權(기권) 17票(표)로 壓倒的(압도적)으로 通過(통과)되었다.

主要(주요) 內容(내용)은 中華人民共和國(중화인민공화국)의 모든 權利(권리)를 回復(회복)하고, 그女(여)의 政府(정부) 代表(대표)를 國聯(국련)機構(기구)에서 中國(중국)의 唯一(유일)한 正當(정당)한 代表(대표)로 認定(인정)하고 蔣介石(장개석)代表(대표)를 國聯(국련)機構(기구)와 그 所屬(소속)의 모든 機構(기구)에서 不法的(불법적)으로 占有(점유)하고 있는 議席(의석)에서 卽時(즉시) 追放(추방)하는 것이다.

考虑到，恢复中华人民共和国的合法权利对于维护联合国宪章和联合国组织根据宪章所必须从事的事业都是必不可少的，

承认中华人民共和国政府的代表是中国在联合国组织的唯一合法代表，中华人民共和国是安全理事会五个常任理事国之一，

决定：恢复中华人民共和国的一切权利，承认她的政府的代表为中国在联合国组织的唯一合法代表并立即把蒋介石的代表从它在联合国组织及其所属一切机构中所非法占据的席位上驱逐出去。

The General Assembly,

Recalling the principles of the Charter of the United Nations,

Considering that the restoration of the lawful rights of the People’s Republic of China is essential both for the protection of the Charter of the United Nations and for the cause that the United Nations must serve under the Charter,

Recognizing that the representatives of the Government of the People’s Republic of China are the only lawful representatives of China to the United Nations and that the People’s Republic of China is one of the five permanent members of the Security Council,

Decides to restore all its rights to the People’s Republic of China and to recognize the representatives of its Government as the only legitimate representatives of China to the United Nations, and to expel forthwith the representatives of Chiang Kai-shek from the place which they unlawfully occupy at the United Nations and in all the organizations related to it.
