國際聯合總會(국제연합총회) 決議(결의) 第(제)2758號(호)(英語: The United Nations general assembly resolution 2758, 中國語: 聯合國大會第2758號決議)는 1971年(년) 10月(월) 25日(일) 國際聯合(국제연합) 總會(총회) 第(제)26次(차) 總會(총회) 第(제)1976次(차) 全體(전체)會議(회의)에서 ""中華人民共和國(중화인민공화국)의 國聯(국련) 機構(기구)에서의 正當(정당)한 權利(권리) 回復(회복) 問題(문제)""에 關(관)한 議決(의결)議決(의결)이다.

이 決議案(결의안)은 贊成(찬성) 76票(표), 反對(반대) 35票(표), 棄權(기권) 17票(표)로 壓倒的(압도적)으로 通過(통과)되었다.

主要(주요) 內容(내용)은 中華人民共和國(중화인민공화국)의 모든 權利(권리)를 回復(회복)하고, 그 政府(정부) 代表(대표)를 國聯(국련)機構(기구)에서 中國(중국)의 唯一(유일)한 正當(정당)한 代表(대표)로 認定(인정)하고 蔣介石(장개석)代表(대표)를 國聯(국련)機構(기구)와 그 所屬(소속)의 모든 機構(기구)에서 不法的(불법적)으로 占有(점유)하고 있는 議席(의석)에서 卽時(즉시) 追放(추방)하는 것이다.

大會，

回顧聯合國憲章的原則，

考慮到，恢復中華人民共和國的合法權利對於維護聯合國憲章和聯合國組織根據憲章所必須從事的事業都是必不可少的，

承認中華人民共和國政府的代表是中國在聯合國組織的唯一合法代表，中華人民共和國是安全理事會五個常任理事國之一，

決定：恢復中華人民共和國的一切權利，承認她的政府的代表為中國在聯合國組織的唯一合法代表並立即把蔣介石的代表從它在聯合國組織及其所屬一切機構中所非法佔據的席位上驅逐出去。

一九七一年十月二十五日，

The General Assembly,

Recalling the principles of the Charter of the United Nations,

Considering that the restoration of the lawful rights of the People’s Republic of China is essential both for the protection of the Charter of the United Nations and for the cause that the United Nations must serve under the Charter,

Recognizing that the representatives of the Government of the People’s Republic of China are the only lawful representatives of China to the United Nations and that the People’s Republic of China is one of the five permanent members of the Security Council,

Decides to restore all its rights to the People’s Republic of China and to recognize the representatives of its Government as the only legitimate representatives of China to the United Nations and to expel forthwith the representatives of Chiang Kai-shek from the place which they unlawfully occupy at the United Nations and in all the organizations related to it.

國際聯合(국제연합)에서 合法的(합법적)인 中國(중국)의 代表(대표)는 오직 中華人民共和國(중화인민공화국)政府(정부)代表(대표)임을 認定(인정)하며 國際聯合(국제연합) 및 關聯(관련)組織(조직)을 不法的(불법적)으로 차지하고 있는 蔣介石(장개석)政權(정권)代表(대표)를 卽時(즉시)追放(추방)하기로 決定(결정)한다.
