[[食醋]]의 신 맛과 [[苦椒]]·[[胡椒]]의 매운 맛을 섞은 [[수프]]이다. [[닭|닭고기]], [[豆腐]], [[표고버섯]], [[木栮버섯]], [[竹筍]], [[大파]], [[토마토]] 等의 材料를 使用하고 [[소금]], [[간醬]], [[生薑]] 국물로 調味하고 充分한 [[老陳醋]]와 苦椒 또는 胡椒를 追加한다.
